Shanghai Honggang Power Station Equipment Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. exhibited the high-pressure outer cylinder exhaust end of the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit and the F-class heavy-duty gas turbine turbine bearing seat developed by independent innovation, which has got rid of the previous restrictions on import. At present, 20 pieces have been produced, of which 16 pieces have been actually used, and another 4 pieces have entered the unit assembly. The F-class heavy-duty gas turbine turbine bearing housing has been tackled for 4 years, and now its castings have also been mass-produced.
3. Turbine blades of large hydropower stations
Ningxia Sharing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Sharing Group) exhibited turbine blades for large hydropower stations. The casting has a weight of 26 tons, an elongation of more than 580Mpa, and a hardness of 220-285HB. The power of the unit is even higher than that of the Three Gorges unit, reaching 770 MW. After five years of research, at present, China's hydropower turbine blades have all been localized and mastered the core technology of manufacturing. The ultra-large blades of the turbine have been industrially mass-produced, and their performance and surface quality have reached world-class levels. The sharing group has provided nearly 200 super large turbine blades for the Xiangjiaba and Xiluodu hydropower stations.
4, large bimetal centrifugal casting rolls
Sinosteel Xingtai Machinery Roll Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinosteel Xingji) exhibited a large-scale bimetallic centrifugal casting roll independently developed. The casting is more than 5 meters long and weighs 72 tons. The material is a composite material of nickel-chromium alloy cast iron and ductile iron. It is the largest work roll in China. Its development has successfully broken the technological monopoly of foreign large-scale high-tech rolls to China. The independent integration capability of key components of China's steel industry is of great significance. At the same time, it has great strategic significance for China's shipbuilding and military industries, which are in urgent need of development. 5, 3 MW or above large wind turbine castings
Jiangsu Jixin Wind Energy Technology Co., Ltd. exhibited 3 MW wheel castings with the largest power generation in China. The product adopts no riser casting process, can withstand low temperature of -40 °C, and the process level and product quality have reached the world's leading level, solving the problem that large-scale wind energy components are subject to foreign restrictions.
